Safety our number one priority

In addition to designing and building facilities that comply with safety requirements, we are also working on a project that will allow our customer to maintain a fleet of cylinders and meet legal requirements.

In addition to mandatory re-testing, the Customer is keen to maintain their cylinders for their image and marketing purposes.
During the design phase, we clarified the scope of the revalidation with the customer, as well as whether or not hot repairs were necessary.

Cold repairs, such as straightening cylinder stands, can be carried out at this plant, as well as high-quality colour restoration thanks to a complete process of shot peening, painting, drying and applying the customer’s logo.

We worked on ATEX zones and the layout of the space in order to optimise the facility, taking into account the Customer’s technical restrictions as well as their expectations.

From the beginning of the design phase, we took the plant’s future development plans into account, in terms of the general layout as well as how traffic flows on the site and the size of certain components
