Tailor-made customer support
Launched in 2013, the project has experienced some contractual complications. In 2018, the customer terminates the contract before awarding it to a new company.
The key to success is flexibility and a willingness to work together on the project, taking into account the input data and basic constraints.
A second major element is the seamless management of the technical interactions between the different stakeholders (partners, suppliers, subcontractors etc.)
Drawing on the expertise of our local partner Become, and following numerous audits of civil engineering works that have already been completed, we are carrying out all the civil engineering studies for the project.
The studies go above and beyond civil engineering: we analyse the entire future LPG facility, fire protection system and compressed air set-up, as well as the electrical, instrumentation and automation systems in detail, in order to prepare the installation guides for the local companies responsible of them.
Despite the health crisis, we are continuing our discussions with the customer and the local regulatory authorities.
