Budget

When you entrust an EPC contract to us, we are totally upfront about the total budget for the project, avoiding any unforeseen expenditure.

  Efficiency

Having a single point of contact for the entire project makes it easier and more efficient to monitor the contract. This gives you complete peace of mind in the knowledge that interaction between the different aspects of the project will be under control.

  Responsibility

In a turnkey project, the contractor takes full responsibility for delivering it to you ready for use. This obligation guarantees that the customer will receive fully functional facilities on time.

At SALTA ENERGY, our EPC contracts are all-inclusive projects, also known as “turnkey projects”, where the customer delegates the entire implementation to the contractor.
Our team works closely with you, basing their work on the specifications, the contract and the tender. We deal with the studies required to design your project, taking into account your needs, international standards, local regulations and safety rules.

Studies and Management

At SALTA ENERGY, the key to delivering a project that meets your actual needs is good quality, appropriate studies and effective project management.

To achieve this, it is essential that the following criteria are met:

An EPC project manager is responsible for managing and executing the project throughout the duration of the contract, right up to commissioning.

The EPC project manager

The EPC project manager plays an essential role as an intermediary between the customer and all the stakeholders. Their cross-disciplinary responsibilities include monitoring HSE (health, safety and environment) quality and safety, monitoring costs and timings and submitting periodic reports.

This role is vitally important when it comes to guaranteeing:

  • Effective communication through relevant meetings and reports;
  • Optimum coordination between stakeholders;
  • That particular attention is paid to quality assurance;
  • Rigorous monitoring of timings and budget;
  • Strict compliance with HSE rules

With a qualified, experienced EPC Project Manager, your project will be a success as well as staying within budget.

The procurement stage also includes factory acceptance tests to make sure that all the equipment is compliant and to offer a guarantee covering our liability.
